Policies allow you to apply settings to a specific group. Policies need to be applied to every group you wish to run the policy on. There are two exception to this:
- Top Level Group - (Trust Level) - This group contains every device/user within your tenancy.
- Site Level - (School Level) - This group contains every device/user assigned to your Site.
Example.
A policy applied to ICT Suites will not be applied to Suite 1.
A policy applied to Senso Australia School will be applied to all devices so all groups:
Policies contain items which are the settings you want to apply to the group, for example auto updates or mute sound. Each policy can have multiple items.
