The Live Chat module enables users to initiate real-time chat sessions with devices. This feature allows for direct communication with users on the other end, making it easier to provide support, answer questions, or troubleshoot issues in real-time.

How to use:


  1. Log into your Senso Portal

  2. Locate the Live Chat Module across the toolbar:

  3. Select the device you wish to initiate a live chat with, in this example we are selecting TF-VMClient-01 and sending "Good Morning" as our first message:
  4. Once you have populated your message, simply click run and a popup will be presented to the end user allowing them to respond to your messages:


  5. Your messages and responses from the client will be displayed in the portal:

  6. Once you have completed your interaction, enable the end chat and close option, selecting run:

    The end user will then be able to close the chat:
