Configuring Your Antivirus to Allow Senso Cloud Services

To ensure that Senso Cloud services operate without interruption, please add the following executables and domains to your antivirus program's exclusion list.

File Exclusions

Please exclude the following files from your antivirus scans:

C:\Program Files\Renato Software\Senso.Cloud.Client\Senso.Cloud.Client.exe

C:\Program Files\Renato Software\Senso.Cloud.Client\Senso.Client.Updater.exe

C:\Program Files\Renato Software\Senso.Cloud.Client\Senso.Cloud.Launcher.exe

C:\Program Files\Renato Software\Senso.Cloud.Client\Senso.Cloud.WindowsService.exe

C:\Program Files\Renato Software\Senso.Cloud.Client\SensoState.exe

Web Scanning Exclusions

If your antivirus software includes web scanning features, please exclude the following domains:

*.senso.cloud

*.service.signalr.net

*.blob.core.windows.net
