Default Role

Default Role to be applied when creating users during the group sync. This is not applied to users created through Group to Site/Role mappings

Areas to Sync

Select which Teams groups to sync. Can be limited to Groups, Teams or Classes. This will default to All.

Groups - Generic 365 Groups created within Entra / 365 admin - No teams apps groups linked

Teams - Groups created within Teams admin or 365 with a teams directory object linked

Classes - Groups created within a 365 education tenancy which have a certain distinction within Microsoft

Exclude Security Groups

Exclude Security Groups from being synced into Senso. This will default to Exclude

Automatically Create Groups

If selected this will populate the teams groups that the staff are owners of.

Automatically Create Users

If selected, Senso will automatically create users for the owners of groups synced into Senso if they do not already exist. If unselected the groups for these users will not be imported. Defaults to unselected
