This article explains how substitute teachers can access class groups that are synced through Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom, and ClassLink. This access ensures continuity in classroom management and provides visibility into student groups during staff absences.
Step 1: Access the Group View
In the group view, you will see the "Switch Integration User" option available
Step 2: Search for a User
Use the search bar to find the user whose groups you want to view. Once located, select them to proceed
Once selected, you will see all the integration groups that the console user has access to
How to Set This Up in a Role
To enable access for substitute teachers, you’ll need to assign the appropriate permissions within a custom role. Follow the steps below to configure this in the console
