To connect to our services, each device must have a valid license assigned. This article outlines how device licensing works and the steps required to ensure devices are properly licensed for access.

Licenses are managed through the portal, where you can view current usage, assign or revoke licenses, and monitor compliance. Unlicensed devices will not be able to connect to our services until a valid license is applied.

To access and review your current device licensing, please use the following link: Senso Licensing

Assigning Licenses to Devices

If Auto Assign New Devices is enabled for a license bundle, the system will automatically apply an available license from that bundle to the new device , no further action required. If you wish to manage licensing manually or need to assign a license to an existing device, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to Device Management

Step 2: Locate the device you wish to manage select the device and then 'Assign / Unassign'

Step 3: Select the site and bundle you wish to assign to the device and click confirm

You will now see this updated in the portal, allowing the device to connect since it has a valid bundle assigned
